Organizational development is a planned, system-wide effort to increase the effectiveness of organizational change, performance and employee behavior. The team members at the Center for Learning and Innovation (CLI) who are dedicated to this effort work with Northwell Health’s leadership, focusing on aligning individuals and teams with their rapidly changing and complex environments through organizational learning, knowledge management and the transformation of organizational norms and values.

The team also participates in the evaluation and assessment of organizational development programs, customized sessions, facilitated sessions and CLI’s curriculum.
