The Northwell Health Dietetic Internship Program, with a medical nutrition therapy emphasis, strives to prepare individuals to transition from student to professional by integrating didactic knowledge of food and nutrition with practical experience in dietetics. The program provides the highest quality of clinical care, educates current and future generations of dietetic practitioners, searches for new advances in nutrition and food service through outcome-based dietetic research, and promotes health education.
The Pre-doctoral Internship Training Program in Psychology at Staten Island University Hospital provides training in clinical psychology with an emphasis on neuropsychology and rehabilitation medicine.
We offer a one-year fellowship in aesthetic surgical training endorsed by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. A New York state license and board eligibility by the American Board of Plastic Surgery are required. Two positions are available per year. In addition, Lenox Hill Hospital offers a one-year Breast and Microsurgery fellowship designed to provide subspecialty training in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery as well as microsurgery. One position is available per year.

This clinical fellowship is designed to prepare the fellow to achieve independence as a clinical bioethicist.
The Department of Surgery at Northwell Health offers a fellowship training program in minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 2001, this program is part of the Charter Group of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship Council.
